Since forming in 2014, The War And Treaty have amassed a following as eclectic as their sound itself, a bluesy but joyful fusion of Southern soul, gospel, country, and rock-and-roll. Known for a live show nearly revival-like in intensity, the husband-and-wife team of Michael Trotter Jr. and Tanya Blount-Trotter endlessly create an exhilarating exchange of energy with their audience, a dynamic they’ve brought to the stage in opening for the legendary Al Green and touring with the likes of Brandi Carlile and Jason Isbell. In 2023, the War and Treaty became the first Black duo to be nominated for the Country Music Association Award for Duo of the Year;[5] along with being the first Black duo to be nominated for the Academy of Country Music Award for Duo of the Year.[6] The duo was nominated for “Vocal Duo of the Year” for the CMA Awards in 2024 and received an Emmy for their work with the NFL’s Tennessee Titans in 2025.

The proud Detroit-born singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer, and namesake of The Tano Jones Revelry calls out to the seekers. His music is for anybody who can’t contain their lust for life and dreams for a better tomorrow. These are songs that’ll compel you to clap and stomp, bust out your air guitar, and sing at the top of your lungs. As such, he’s tapped into a sense of magic conjured through adherence to Americana troubadour tradition with a jolt of rock ‘n’ roll and the kind of no-nonsense Midwest soul you feel right away in your bones. Since delivering their full-length debut Spinning North at the top of 2024, the band have impressively gathered tens of millions of streams, received acclaim, and independently infiltrated airwaves via stations nationwide.
