How to Purchase Tickets

We highly recommend purchasing tickets directly through official Celestia Theater channels to ensure validity and pricing accuracy; we do not authorize reselling of tickets.

Online:

Visit our Calendar, navigate to your desired event, and click “Buy Tickets.” You’ll be able to select seats, complete your purchase, and choose how to receive your tickets.

Avoid Scams:

Do not purchase tickets through third-party resellers or ticket brokers. We cannot verify or reprint tickets bought outside our official channels.

Ticket Delivery Options

In Person:

Tickets purchased at the Box Office will be printed at the time of sale.

Online:

With email delivery.

By Phone:

With email or U.S. mail delivery.

Will Call Pickup

  • Opens 2 hours before the show
  • Bring a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport)
  • The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket order
  • For verification, staff may ask for the credit card used to purchase tickets
  • Arrive at least 45 minutes early to avoid lines!

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • All sales are final—no refunds or retroactive discounts
  • If a show is postponed or canceled, the Box Office will announce next steps
  • Founding Members may exchange tickets (with 48 hours’ notice) for another performance of equal or lesser value

Theater Policies

  • No refunds, exchanges, or third-party will call
  • Lost tickets? Reprints available with valid ID and purchase info
  • Unauthorized reseller tickets are not valid for entry and may be revoked

Security & Conduct

  • Bag checks may occur at the door
  • Weapons or replicas are strictly prohibited
  • Late arrivals may be held until a natural break in the performance
  • No outside food or drink
  • Recording devices, cameras, or phones may be restricted based on performer preference
